      This is a list of the different menus that we can prepare for you, but please remember,
      “WE CATER TO YOU!” All the necessary table service, condiments and servers are included.
      We serve Buffet style ALL YOU CAN EAT.  The prices do not include sales tax and we leave
      the gratuity up to you. We serve up to two hours; additional serving time would be $15.00
       per hour, per caterer. We do not leave any food due to insurance and health department
