Bridges Catering
WHEN WE CATER A FUNCTION IT INCLUDES
THE FOLLOWING SERVICES
1. Skirt and cover the food and beverage tables.
2.
We can provide linen tablecloths for your guest and other tables at an
additional cost.
3. Provide plates, silverware, napkins, cups, condiments and caterers.
4.
We guarantee enough food for everyone but we do not leave any food
due to insurance and health department
regulations.
5. The servers will bus the tables.
6. The caterers will check
with you to be certain that all guests have been
served.
We serve up to two hours if needed.
7. We do not
cut the cake or provide cake plates, small napkins or forks for
wedding cakes however we can provide all the above at an additional
cost.
8. We do have a punch fountain available on a first come first serve basis.
9. We need to know the
accurate amount of guests that you are expecting at
least
10 days before the event so we can plan our
preparations.
10. Our Caterers are dressed in black pants or skirts with white shirts.

We require a
deposit to hold your date and full payment 10 days prior
to your event.
